Copenhagen, The capital of Denmark, has been designated as the World Capital of Architecture 2023 by UNESCO-UIA.

In this video, host Ane Cortzen talks with the city architect for Copenhagen, Camilla van Deurs about what it means to be designated as the World Capital of Architecture and how it will unfold in Copenhagen during the year.

The municipality has named it "Copenhagen in Common" - a celebration of all the things we have in common - with an overall focus on democratic and sustainable urban development ready to be explored through a wide range of events.
