Soo Jung Ryu is a PhD fellow at the Aarhus School of Architecture in DK. The title of her thesis is "Urban Seascaping - How to Live Not Just by the Sea but with the Sea."
She focuses on the marine life near coastal cities, and how we can integrate the water instead of blocking it out concerning sea level rise among other ecological challenges.
The research is based on a case study in Vejle, DK, illustrated in this clip with video footage by Communications Consultant at Aarhus School of Architecture, Niels Rysz.
